Bob Erickson
President & COO
Bob joined HEROware’s leadership team, as Chief Operating Officer, in early 2011. During his tenure, Bob has focused on scaling day-to-day operations and systems to support significant growth. Bob brings to HEROware more than two decades of experience implementing business and technology solutions.
Bob’s management experience started when he was a partner at Accenture, a global consulting company. He eventually expanded his role with Accenture when he became Corporate Vice President & General Manager of the Western Region for Avanade, the multi-national subsidiary of Accenture PLC. In this role, he focused on IT consulting and software development for the Microsoft products platform.
Bob has extensive experience in helping companies succeed through improved technology and business processes. He has driven significant growth of consulting services while consistently improving bottom line results.
Bob is a life-long Orange County resident. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He enjoys cycling, golfing, skiing and home renovation. Bob is married, lives in Huntington Beach with his wife and two teenage children.
Paul Moore
Vice President of Services
Paul has been with HEROware since its inception in 2009. He is an expert in the field of business continuity. He brings more than 20 years of corporate IT experience to his role of working directly with HEROware’s reseller customers. He is charged with advancing HEROware’s customer-first culture and making sure that the resellers are the first priority in everything the company does.
Prior to joining HEROware, Paul spent 15 years as the Vice President of Management Information Systems/Bankruptcy Management Solutions for a division of JP Morgan Chase. He was charged with overseeing their nationwide networks and was responsible for their business continuity and disaster-recovery planning systems.
Paul and his wife live in South Orange County, Calif. He is the proud father of two adult children. He’s an active volunteer in his community and church, as well as an avid golfer.

Skip Coomber – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Skip Coomber is an attorney who focuses on providing services to ultra high net worth individuals and is an accredited investor. Skip has practiced law since 1991, and during that time served as CEO of the corporate entities and investment funds of a Southern California family.
Skip is a diversified investor with holdings in a number of hedge funds, venture capital and private equity funds, as well as diverse real estate holdings. Additionally, Skip and his family are active in the wine industry, through their investments in the Terravant Wine Co. and their own company, Coomber Family Ranch Wines. Skip sat on the board of The Walking Company Holdings, Inc. [NASDAQ-TWC] fka, Big Dog Holdings, Inc. [NASDAQ-BDOG] and served as one of nine trustees on the $9-billion San Diego County pension fund.
Skip is a regularly-invited speaker and panelist at various Family Office and investment conferences around the world. He has served on the boards of many nonprofit organizations, including the Feeding America San Diego Food Bank, the San Diego Blood Bank Foundation, the Exceptional Children’s Foundation and the Stevens Cancer Division of the Scripps Health Foundation.
He lives in San Diego, Calif. with his family.
Joe Beery-Board Member
A recognized leader in the arena of corporate IT systems, Joe Beery has a long history in managing IT services for global companies. He is currently the Chief Information Officer for Life Technologies Corporation, a position he has held since September, 2008. With Life Technologies, he spear-headed the implementation of IT programs to support the merger of Invitrogen and Applied Biosystems, as well as the seamless integration of systems supporting a 50,000-product portfolio.
Prior to Life Technologies, Mr. Beery was Chief Information Officer at U.S. Airways and America West Airlines.
He also spent 10 years moving through various positions in the computer integrated manufacturing group at Motorola Semiconductor and worked as a manufacturing and software engineer with NV Phillips in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Computer Systems from the University of New Mexico.
