I have spent some time on the HEROware Appliance getting it ready for a client install. In our testing, we failed over our SBS 2003 server to the HERO device and as advertised, all is clicking along just fine. Your webinars clearly and accurately show how to fail over so nicely to the HEROware appliance, which is something that busy IT professional truly appreciate. The product absolutely rocks and works just as shown on the webinars, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a true Real-Time Backup and Instant Recovery solution.
