A MESSAGE FROM HEROWARE

By now, I’m sure you have all received the first edition of our electronic HEROware newsletter and have poured over every single word of it. Picture me saying this with an exaggerated wink of my eye and smile. We have received great feedback from many of our customers and friends who have read the newsletter and we are very happy that you like this new communication outlet.
There are a lot of changes going on over here and they are happening very rapidly. These changes are all being made to serve you better and we want to make sure we include you every step of the way. Please keep sending us your feedback and suggestions. We read every email we receive and take your words to heart. In fact, it was because of your feedback that we even started this newsletter in the first place.
People have asked me what our goal is in revamping HEROware. My response is simple: We want HEROware to bring to the small and mid-sized business owner and Service Providers like you, a high level of products and services that was previously only available to Fortune 5000 companies, at great prices.
At HEROware, we have a golden opportunity to provide our customers with a high-end product platform at a small business-friendly price that enable you as a Service Provider or company to get all of your needs served through one vendor. Other software companies might think we are crazy for doing this but, for us, it’s a win-win situation. We get to be the trusted provider of great products to a segmented market while contributing to the success of small and mid-sized business owners. What’s not to like about it? Whether you need Cloud or local, real time or snapshot, virtual or physical, server or other device protection or all of it in one manageable through a single pane of glass— HEROware’s got you covered. Other vendors don’t have your back like we do.
We aren’t just working to change the culture of HEROware. We want to change the culture of the IT service industry. Many of you have told us how often you have been let down by larger companies that sell you expensive products and then walk away when you need them, or sell you cheap products just like everyone else’s product. We are filling the void in customer service and great products, with a business culture that has every employee, no matter their role, willing to go the extra mile to make sure you never have to feel like you are struggling out there on your own. We’re small business owners just like you, we get it!
Hopefully, for everyone in our industry, other IT product providers will see how much sweeter success is when you put your customer’s needs first and they will follow suit. Our success comes from you being successful and we’re hopeful we can create a better industry for you in which everyone wins.
